When Garrett and Brittany first contacted me, they were renting in the St. Petersburg area and were ready to make the leap into homeownership.

Like many buyers relocating from the northeast (Philadelphia) and within the Tampa Bay region, they were initially focused on Lakewood Ranch. Their wish list was clear:

Since Garrett and Brittany were open to several areas around Tampa Bay, we decided to broaden our search into the Carrollwood area of Tampa.

We viewed several homes they genuinely liked and even came close to writing an offer on one of them.

Then everything changed.

That same day, a brand-new listing hit the market.

The moment they saw it, we knew we had to move quickly.

It was priced competitively, located in a fantastic neighborhood, and best of all, it had the backyard pool they had been dreaming about.
